The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and preferences. Some clients come in weekly, while others come in monthly or as needed.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For massage treatments, you’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level, and towels or sheets will be provided for privacy.
It’s best to arrive 10-15 minutes early to relax and fill out any necessary forms. Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment to stay hydrated.
Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment, subject to availability.

When you arrive, please check in at the reception desk. We’ll ask you to fill out a brief health history form. Your therapist will then discuss your needs and preferences to tailor the session to your requirements.
We require at least 3 hours notice on an individual appointment and 24 hours notice for spa parties with 2 or more guests for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will be charged $25 by the card that is on file and no-shows will be charged the full price of their scheduled service(s) by the card that is on file. A customary tip ranges from 15% to 20% of the total service cost, but you can adjust based on your satisfaction and the quality of the experience. You can leave a tip in cash or add it to your credit card payment. If you prefer to add the tip to your card payment, please inform the receptionist so it can be processed correctly.
