Frequently Asked Questions

The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and preferences. Some clients come in weekly, while others come in monthly or as needed.


Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For treatments, you’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level, and towels or sheets will be provided for privacy.


Yes. We are proud to be the first tenants open and operating as the building continues to complete other spaces. While you may see construction crews or dumpsters outside, our spa is fully operational and designed to feel calm and relaxing from the moment you step inside. Each treatment room is equipped with sound machines to minimize outside noise, and noise-cancellation headphones are available upon request. Most guests are pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it feels once they’re in the space. We appreciate your support as the building comes to life around us!


It’s best to arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax and fill out any necessary forms. For everyone’s comfort, please arrive clean and practice good personal hygiene prior to your appointment. Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment to stay hydrated. 


Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment, subject to availability.


We offer a comfortable lounge space to relax, complimentary water, robes and slippers (upon request), and clean restrooms for your convenience. 


It’s extremely important that you speak up during your massage if anything doesn’t feel quite right. Whether the pressure is too much, too light, or you’d like more focus in a certain area, please let your therapist know. All of our service providers value open communication and want to tailor every session specifically to YOU. Your comfort and results are our top priority. 


When you arrive, please check in at the reception desk. We’ll ask you to fill out a brief health history form. Your therapist will then discuss your needs and preferences to tailor the session to your requirements. You can expect session to start and end on time 


Your experience truly matters to us. If something didn’t feel right, please reach out within 24 hours by phone or email so we can talk through it. With multiple service providers on our team, each therapist brings their own unique technique, pressure style, and approach. Finding the right match is important, and we’re always happy to guide you toward a provider who best aligns with your preferences for future visits. Open communication allows us to learn, grow, and ensure you receive the experience you deserve.


We require at least 3 hours notice on an individual appointment and 24 hours notice for spa parties with 2 or more guests for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will be charged $25 by the card that is on file and no-shows will be charged the full price of their scheduled service(s) by the card that is on file. If there is no card on file, the amount due will be collected before another appointment can be scheduled. For more details, please call us at 727-221-9442.


A customary tip ranges from 20% - 30% of the total service cost, but you can adjust based on your satisfaction and the quality of the experience. You can leave a tip in cash or add it to your credit card payment. If you prefer to add the tip to your card payment, please inform the receptionist so it can be processed correctly.
